The annual Jimmy Connors Summer Concert Series at Nay Aug Park in Scranton will feature over two dozen groups playing rock, blues, brass, dixieland, polka, Irish, German and other styles of music. The series began May 3 with the U.S. Navy Band Cruisers performing hits from the 1960s through today. “Our Navy Band Concert was fantastic. They played nonstop for 90 minutes,” said Bob Gattens of the Scranton Municipal Recreation Authority that oversees Nay Aug Park, which hosts the free concert series.
